Nudge ("the Service") is a personal page builder operated by TLK Intelligence Pty Ltd (ABN 16 525 180 164), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use Nudge. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others or allow unauthorised access to your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Nudge (text, images, links, media). By uploading content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
You must not:
Nudge maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any account found to contain, link to, or promote CSAM will be immediately and permanently terminated. We will report the account, all associated data, and identifying information to the Australian Federal Police, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and any other relevant law enforcement authority. There are no warnings, no appeals.
Users who enable the Adult Content flag accept full legal responsibility for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. An active payment method must remain on file. We reserve the right to disable adult content on any profile at our sole discretion. The Adult Content Addendum forms part of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will endeavour to provide notice except in cases involving illegal content, CSAM, or imminent harm. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.
Nudge offers free and paid plans. Features and pricing may change with reasonable notice (at least 14 days for paid plan changes). We will notify you by email of material changes. Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
